Financial Systems Support

The Financial Systems Support team provides accounting application software services, end-user support, and training and implementation activities to member school districts. These services include financial, payroll, human resources, and credentials software.

Services to Districts

  • Host Escape Online 5 software and district data
  • Provide technical support for all district staff
  • Collaborate with districts through user group meetings
  • Install Escape Online 5 software updates
  • Maintain network infrastructure
  • Process all quarterly tax, W-2, and 1099 reports
  • Install all SACS (financial reporting) changes
  • Post property taxes, apportionments, and deposits
  • Maintain secure offsite data storage

Credentials Software Services

  • Escape Online 5 provides quick and easy access to credentials in a secure, stable, and scalable environment. Features include:

    • Read-only district access
    • Track credentials and TCC status
    • Monitor applicant processing, renewal requirements, supplementary authorizations, and TCCs
    • Access employee credential information entered by the State and ACOE for your district employees

Data Processing

 

The Data Processing Department is responsible for the systems administration, database administration, and data processing of Escape software, which is used to process the accounting and payroll for ACOE and member districts. We also work with other related software. The services we offer include:

  • Production of vendor warrants and registers, and associated reports
  • W2 and 1099 forms and data files for the IRS and California Franchise Tax Board as required
  • Research and response to third-tier software usage questions
  • Development and maintenance of software and reports for special projects
