Region IV Expanded Learning Programs

The Region 4 Expanded Learning Programs Team provides technical assistance for the After School Education and Safety (ASES) and the 21st Century Community Learning Centers (CCLC) programs and the Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELO Program) throughout the Counties of Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Mateo, San Francisco, and Solano.

California's Expanded Learning programs are an integral part of young people's education, engaging them in year-round learning opportunities that prepare them for college, career, and life. The Region 4 System of Support for Expanded Learning Team provides training, coaching, mentoring, resource brokering and ongoing support for expanded learning grantees throughout Region 4 counties.
