Counseling students to join the skilled trades is a complex process that can include a combination of community college, pre-apprenticeship programs, apprenticeship programs, and direct entry employment opportunities.

We provide counseling resources, professional development, and a community of practice to support guidance staff in this process. See below to get access to these resources and opportunities.

Some districts and schools have partnered with ACOE to create dedicated positions for expert Green Career Guides to work directly with their students. If you are at one of these sites, please use the link below to refer students.
